Be the gatekeeper of existing and new automated test cases, design/Build/Execute/Fix QTP test scripts Ensure that test scripts are up to date with current business changes, analyze results to determine the root cause of problems, communicate script improvement needs, work closely with leads, analyst and development teams to manage your testing effort, request and maintain test data, analyze technical requirements, analyze regression test errors to determine cause, drill down into automated script code, verify accuracy of data, verify correctness of system, configuration and/or build configuration, report status of testing to managers and team, report and track defects, manual testing as required, attend project meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years related experience in a Web Services testing environment
• Expert in QTP with minimum 3 years direct experience designing, creating and managing automated scripts
• Advanced experience in SOA including XML, and SOAP messaging
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully multitask in an interrupt driven environment
• Experience testing web-based applications
• Familiarity with the concepts and tools for bug tracking and resolution
• Demonstrated ability to function throughout the entire QA lifecycle, analyze business and technical specifications and design test cases
• Demonstrated strong and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with all project members, including representatives from business and technical groups, in a collaborative environment
