Automation Test Manager / Automated Test Architect with experience of QTP, Quality Centre and Loadrunner required by a Tier One Banking organisation to develop and deliver strategic automation testing solutions for a major finance change programme. The Automation Test Manager will design automation test strategies/approaches and create/build automation scripts and elements of the automation framework where required, and be seen as a subject matter expert in Automation Testing strategies and tools. Operating at a Global level, you will manage a team of automated testers and interact with Senior Stakeholders across the bank to ensure successful delivery of complex testing projects.

Applicants should have strong commercial experience of Test Management with a focus on Automation Testing and a track record of successful Automation Framework delivery management. Financial Services experience is a neccessity, as is solid experience in designing Test Strategies/Plans. You should have extensive knowledge of Quality Centre and QTP and be experienced in the usage of Performance Centre and in particular set up and execution of tests using Load Runner.
