My client is a Cambridgeshire based organisation with large offices set in beautiful grounds.? Due to some exciting projects and the plan to get ahead of the competition, my client is actively seeking to hire an experienced Automation Test Manager to come aboard shake up their strategies.?

As soon as you join this organisation you will need to hit the ground running! This position will see you look at my clients current strategies within automation testing, develop new and more efficient strategies and then deliver/?implement these within tight deadlines. My client is seeking someone how knows really HOW to create a strategy and can demonstrate this with their previous experience.? This is an extremely rewarding position for someone who is seeking to step up the pace within their career.?

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Educated to a degree level within Computer Science or similar relevant subject
• ISEB Qualification is highly advantageous
• Proven experience of working within an Agile environment
• EXCELLENT automation testing experience
• Must have previous experience within a leadership role
• Non functional testing as well as functional testing experience
• QTP, LoadRunner or WinRunner experience
• Management of multiple test projects
• Test report writing and metrics presentation
